摘要
管-管垂直相贯形成的马鞍形焊缝具有特殊的结构特点,在实际焊接过程中存在较大的难度,为了解决马鞍形焊缝焊接难题,从接头形式和焊接工艺两方面对马鞍形焊缝的焊接展开研究,分析了常见的接头形式的适用直径、壁厚及工作条件,总结了焊接电流、电弧电压、焊接速度等工艺参数对焊缝成形的影响,并得出了比较合理的施焊方法,为实际生产过程中马鞍形焊缝的焊接提供参考。
Because of its special structural characteristics,the saddle-shaped weldformed by pipe-tube is difficult in the actual welding processIn order to solve the problem of saddle weld welding,the welding of saddle-shaped welds was studied from both the joint form and the welding process,the applicable diameter,wall thickness and working conditions of the common joint form were analyzed,the influence of welding current,arc voltage,welding speed and other process parameters on weldforming were summarized,and a more reasonable welding method was obtainedIt provides reference for welding of saddle-shaped welds during the actual production process.
