摘要
对13MnNiMoR+S31603不锈钢复合钢板与20MnMoNb+S31603锻件进行了焊接性分析,针对大直径凸缘马鞍形对接焊缝结构特点,制订合理的焊接工艺,并对焊接过程中预热温度、焊后消氢及焊后热处理等工艺的合理调整,有效防止了冷裂纹的产生,保证了产品焊接质量。
This paper analyses the weld-ability of 13MnNiMoR+S31603 stainless steel clad plate and 20MnMoNb+ S31603 forging, against the butt weld structure characteristics of big diameter forgings flange, formulate reasonable welding procedure, adjusting the procedures such as preheat temperature, post-welding dehydrogenation and PWHT reasonably. So as to prevent the cold crack generation effectively, ensure the welding quality.
