基于数字图像的纤维悬浮液分散均匀性表征 被引量:5

摘要 针对传统湿法非织造材料纤维悬浮液分散均匀性表征时耗时长、精度低等问题,提出利用图像分析表征纤维悬浮液分散均匀性。通过数字图像处理技术对数码相机采集到的纤维悬浮液图像进行灰度化、高斯滤波等预处理,再对图像进行样方分析,得出图像灰度值的变异系数,以此表征纤维分散的均匀性,并与成品取样称重法得出的均匀性结果对比。结果表明:数字图像分析法得出的悬浮液纤维分散均匀性结果与成品取样称重法得出的结果呈很强的线性正相关,可较好地表征纤维悬浮液分散的均匀性;数字图像分析法表征纤维悬浮液分散均匀性具有速度快、效率高的特点。 In order to solve the problems of time-consuming and low precision in characterizing the dispersion uniformity of fiber suspensions in traditional wet-laid nonwovens,image analysis is proposed to characterize the dispersion uniformity of fiber suspensions.Through the digital image processing technology,the fiber suspension image collected by the digital camera is preprocessed by graying and Gaussian filtering et al,and then the sample analysis of the image is carried out to obtain the variation coefficient of the image gray value,so as to characterize the uniformity of the fiber dispersions;and to compare with the uniformity results obtained by the weighing method.The results show that there is a strong linear positive correlation between the results of digital image analysis method and the weighing method,which can better characterize the dispersion uniformity of fiber suspensions.The digital image analysis method has the characteristics of fast speed and high efficiency to characterize the dispersion uniformity of fiber suspensions.
