摘要
橡胶悬置作为动力总成悬置系统的重要功能部件,其刚度特性直接影响悬置系统的隔振性能。基于悬置橡胶材料应力-应变试验数据,运用有限元分析软件HyperMesh和Abaqus对试验数据进行本构模型拟合并建立橡胶悬置仿真分析模型,对某车前悬置静刚度特性进行有限元分析并进行试验验证。结论表明该仿真分析方法能较理想的获得橡胶悬置静态特性,为橡胶悬置设计提供了一种有效方法。
As an important functional component of powertrain mounting system,the stiffness characteristics of rubber mount directly affect the vibration isolation performance of the mounting system.Based on the stress-strain test data of mount rubber material,the constitutive model of the test data is fitted and combined with the finite element analysis software HyperMesh and ABAQUS,and the simulation analysis model of rubber mount is established.The static stiffness characteristics of a vehicle front mount are analyzed by finite element method and verified by experiment.The results show that the simulation analysis method can obtain the static characteristics of rubber mount,which provides an effective method for rubber mount design.
