摘要
为了研究开发设计过程中橡胶衬套的静态特征,采用Mooney-Rivlin本构模型,对一种后控制臂橡胶衬套进行了有限元模拟分析。分析分别加载衬套的在极限工况下的压缩位移、偏摆角度以及扭转角度,计算出衬套轴向刚度、径向刚度、扭转刚度与偏摆刚度,并将计算结果与实验数据进行对比,验证了仿真分析结果的可靠性,可以为衬套的设计提供理论指导。
In order to study the static characteristics of rubber bushings during product developing,a FEM analysis is given to one rear control arm bushing with Mooney-Rivlin constitutive model in this paper. The loads( compression displacement,Yaw angle,torsion angle) are obtained according to the motion of the bushing under limiting case. Then,we get the axial stiffness,radial stiffness,torsion stiffness and Yaw stiffness through the software ABAQUS. Comparing the computed results with the experiment data,we find that the computing method is reliable,and can provide theoretical guidance for future busing design.
