摘要 目的研究肉制品微生物检测中金黄色葡萄球菌的监测数据分析方法。方法根据金黄色葡萄球菌监测数据分析的需求,采用荧光定量PCR法对肉制品中的金黄色葡萄球菌进行快速检测,对检测中的金黄色葡萄球菌数据进行提取并分析。结果本实验提出的金黄色葡萄球菌监测数据分析方法极大的提升了分析的准确度与完整度。其中,实验组采样样本数量最大值为450千个,平均值为400千个,而对照组采样样本数量最大值为330千个,平均值为230千个。实验组采样样本数量平均值比对照组高出170千个,说明实验组的分析完整度更好。结论本研究提出的金黄色葡萄球菌监测数据分析方法具有较好的分析性能。 Objective To study the monitoring data analysis method of Staphylococcus aureus in microbial detection of meat products. Methods According to the requirements of the analysis of Staphylococcus aureus monitoring data, Staphylococcus aureus in meat products was detected rapidly by fluorescence quantitative PCR, the detection data of Staphylococcus aureus were extracted and analyzed. Results The accuracy and completeness of the analysis were greatly improved by the proposed method of Staphylococcus aureus monitoring data analysis. Among them, the maximum number of samples in the experimental group was 450 thousand, and the average number was 400 thousand, while the maximum number of samples in the control group was 330 thousand, and the average number was 230 thousand. The average number of samples in the experimental group was 170 thousand higher than that in the control group, indicating that the analysis integrity of the experimental group was better. Conclusion The analysis method of Staphylococcus aureus monitoring data proposed in the experiment has good analytical performance.
