摘要
标准ISO6486-1是一项规范食品接触用陶瓷制品、玻璃陶瓷制品和玻璃餐具的铅、镉迁移量(溶出量)检验方法的国际标准,该项标准的变更会对各国相关标准带来很大的影响。通过对比新发布实施的标准ISO 6486-1:2019与旧标准ISO6486-1:1999的变化,分析标准的变更对国内检测机构和陶瓷行业带来的影响,警示国内日用陶瓷企业产品重金属迁移量超标风险,以满足出口和国内市场对限量指标的新要求。
The standard ISO 6486-1 is an international standard to regulate the lead and cadmium release test method of ceramic ware,glass ceramic ware and glass dinnerware in contact with food.The changes of this standard will have a great influence on the relevant standards of various countries.In this paper,by comparing the changes of the newly issued standard ISO 6486-1:2019 with the old standard ISO 6486-1:1999,the influence of the changes of the standard on domestic testing institutions and ceramic companies is analyzed,and the risk of excessive heavy metal migration of domestic ceramic enterprises’products is warned to meet the new permissible limits of export and domestic market requirements.
