摘要
1+X证书制度试点改革已从“四梁八柱”的政策确立阶段转入“内部装潢”的实施阶段。在此阶段,单就职业院校而言,还存在着学生参与积极性不高、教师实践教学能力不强、证书标准融合度不深等堵点。针对堵点问题提出加大宣传力度实现政策有效沟通、创新赋能模式实现师资内外联通、对接技能标准促进“1”与“X”有机融通等举措,畅通试点环节微循环、打通试点工作大动脉,确保试点工作取得预期成效。
The pilot reform of 1+X certificate system has changed from the policy establishment stage of"four beams and eight pil⁃lars"to the implementation stage of"interior decoration".At this stage,there still exist some blocking points in vocational colleges,such as the students'low participation enthusiasm,the teachers'weak practical teaching ability and the shallow integration of certifi⁃cate standards.For the problems of blocking points,the paper puts forward such measures as increasing publicity to achieve effec⁃tive policy communication,innovating empowerment mode to achieve internal and external cooperation between teachers,and dock⁃ing skill standards to promote the organic integration of"1"and"X",to smooth the microcirculation of the pilot link,open the artery of pilot work,and ensure the expected results of the pilot work.
