摘要
目前各行业都面临"新型基础设施"的信息数字化转型升级,图书馆也开始从以资源数字化为主导的数字图书馆向大数据支撑的智慧图书馆发展,新型信息基础设施建设赋予了图书馆新机遇。文章探讨图书馆信息化面临的主要问题,结合信息技术发展趋势,分析新基建赋予图书馆的三大机遇:信息基础设施的重构,人工智能应用,"数字记忆"建设。图书馆应抓住"新基建"机遇,以"十四五"规划为契机,推进信息化发展之路,促进图书馆事业的新一轮发展。
At present,various industries face challenges in the transformation and upgrading of digital information driven by"new infrastructures",and libraries started to move from resource-led digital libraries to smart libraries led by big data.New infrastructure construction presents new opportunities for libraries.In this paper,the main issues in library informatization have been discussed.In view of the development of information technology,three opportunities are provided for libraries in China,i.e.,reconstruction of information infrastructure,applications of artificial intelligence and construction of"digital memory".Libraries should seize the opportunities created by new infrastructure construction and the"14 th Five-Year Plan"to advance the informatization and promote the new development in library industry.
