摘要
人工智能时代正在来临,它将重塑各行各业,也给图书馆的信息资源建设、服务、馆员、建筑与环境、图书馆管理等各个方面带来新的变革。人工智能既有正面影响,又有负面影响。智能识别、智能处理、智能服务是人工智能对图书馆的主要影响方向,特别是在数字资源处理与服务方面将产生更大变革。当前,图书馆界主要借助移动互联网、物联网、大数据、云计算等技术开发了一些智能化应用,未来人工智能将带动图书馆服务整体跃升,促进图书馆成为更加重要的社会教育中心。
The era of artificial intelligence is coming,and t will reshape vavious industries.It also brings new changes to the library information resources construction,library services,librarians,library building and environment,library management and so on.Artificial intelligence has both positive and negative effects.Intelligent identification,intelligent processing and intelligent services are the main influence directions of artificial intelligence on libraries,especially in digital resource processing and service.At present,the libraries mainly use mobile Internet,Internet of things,big data,cloud computing and other technologies to develop some intelligent applications.In the future,artificial intelligence will promote competitive power of library services,and promote the library to become a more important social education center.
