摘要
目的:探讨小青龙汤联合痰热清注射液治疗老年喘息型慢性支气管炎(CB)发作期的临床效果。方法:2018年2月-2019年8月收治老年喘息型CB发作期患者82例,随机分为两组,各41例。对照组采取常规西医疗法;观察组在西医治疗基础上加用小青龙汤联合痰热清注射液。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后各项中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用小青龙汤联合痰热清注射液治疗老年喘息型CB发作期患者,可取得满意的疗效。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with Tanreqing Injection in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic asthmatic bronchitis(CB)in attack period.Methods:From February 2018 to August 2019,82 elderly patients with asthmatic CB in attack period were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group was treated with Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with Tanreqing Injection on the basis of Western medicine.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with Tanreqing Injection in the treatment of elderly patients with asthmatic CB in attack period is satisfactory.
