摘要
通过机组振动突变前后、振动稳定后、停机堕走等3个阶段机组振动数据变化详细情况,分析机组振动故障特征和规律,成功诊断了某330 MW汽轮机低压转子叶片断裂故障。
According to the detailed changes of vibration data of the unit in three stages:before and after the sudden change of vibration,after the vibration is stabilized,and after the shutdown,this paper analyzes the characteristics and rules of vibration fault of the unit,and successfully diagnoses the fracture fault of low-pressure rotor blade of a 330 MW steam turbine.
