摘要
建立旋转机械转动部件脱落振动响应有限元分析模型,利用该模型对某实际汽轮机转子转动部件脱落振动特征进行仿真,给出转动部件脱落位置对转子振动的影响,并对某600MW机组低压转子转动部件脱落振动特征进行分析。
A finite element model is set up to analyze the vibration response of the turbo-unit with rotating parts broken. Vibration characteristics are analyzed with a low pressure turbine rotor model. The effects of the rotating parts broken location on the rotor vibration characteristics are studied. A rotating parts broken induced vibration occurring in a 600MW turbine is given, and the abnormal vibration phenomenon is analyzed.
