摘要
在电网物资抽检工作中发现一起配网用柱式瓷绝缘子机械性能试验不合格,为分析原因,对绝缘子上的螺栓进行了材质分析、硬度分析、金相分析、力学试验、尺寸测量等试验,最终发现力学试验不合格的原因,并对后续运维措施提出建议。
During the sampling inspection of power grid materials,it was found that the post-type porcelain insulators used in distribution network was not qualified in the mechanical property test.In order to solve the problem,material analysis,hardness analysis,metallographic analysis,mechanical test,dimension measurement and other tests on the bolts on the insulator have been carried out,with the reason of unqualified mechanical capacity test found out.Finally,the paper puts forward suggestions on the follow-up operation and maintenance measures.
