摘要
目前,支柱瓷绝缘子金属附件的结构尺寸大多是根据工程经验直接确定的,往往存在两方面的问题:一是其安全裕量过高,造成材料浪费;二是安全裕量太小,不能满足使用要求。笔者通过对附件结构进行合理简化,利用计算机数值模拟技术,计算了额定荷载下原始附件尺寸中的等效应力,并根据附件结构两个独立的可设计变量进行循环建模并计算,得到了尺寸缩减后附件中的等效应力,为在保证附件强度高于瓷柱强度的前提下对附件进行结构优化设计提供了定量依据。算例表明,某型号的附件结构优化设计后其重量可减轻32.6%,且强度满足要求。
At present,most of the structural dimensions of the metal fittings in porcelain post insulator are determined directly by engineering experience.There might be two kinds of problems:the safety margin might be much higher which leads to the waste of materials,or the safety margin might be too small which fails to meet the demands of engineering.The structural details of the metal fitting were adequately simplified in this paper.The equivalent stress in the metal fitting with original sizes was calculated using the technique of computer numerical simulation.The element models of the metal fitting with two designable variables were circularly established.The corresponding equivalent stresses were calculated.Then a quantitative basement was applied for the optimized design of metal fitting under the condition that the fitting’s strength should be higher than the post insulator’s strength.The result of an example fitting shows that the weight can be reduced by 32.6%,and the strength meets the requirements.
