卵巢癌患者的营养治疗专家共识 被引量:14

摘要 卵巢癌是女性常见恶性肿瘤之一,居女性肿瘤相关死亡原因第5位,约70%的初诊患者和85%的复发性患者可能合并腹膜转移。卵巢肿瘤使机体处于高分解状态,这会加重患者营养不良的风险,有23%的患者确诊时伴有恶液质。卵巢癌患者的营养状况可能与预后相关,定期评估有助于全面准确地评估卵巢癌患者的营养状况。肥胖女性患卵巢癌后死亡率更高,超重或肥胖的卵巢癌患者应控制体重,运动和营养治疗有助于提高患者生存期。 Ovarian cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women,ranking the 5 th among the causes of tumor-related death in women.About 70%of newly diagnosed patients and 85%of recurrent patients may be associated with peritoneal metastasis.Ovarian cancer leave the body in a state of high decomposition,which increases the risk of malnutrition,and 23 percent of patients are diagnosed with cachexy.Nutritional status of ovarian cancer patients may be associated with prognosis.Regular assessment helps to assess the nutritional status of patients with ovarian cancer in a comprehensive and accurate manner.Obese women have a higher mortality rate from ovarian cancer,overweight or obese ovarian cancer patients should control their weight,exercise and nutrition treatment can help improve patient survival.
