摘要
目的探究年轻护士带教中PBL教学法(基于问题的教学法)的应用效果。方法选取该院2013年1月—2019年10月10名年轻护士为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(n=5)采用传统教学法带教,观察组(n=5)采用PBL教学法带教,对比两组护士的出科考核成绩以及教学满意度评分。结果观察组理论知识、操作技能考核成绩分别为(85.52±1.25)分、(88.68±2.98)分,均高于对照组的(62.15±2.25)分、(58.88±2.88)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组年轻护士对带教老师、带教老师对年轻护士的满意度评分分别为(4.12±0.28)分、(4.58±0.22)分,高于对照组的(2.25±0.25)分、(2.18±0.18)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论年轻护士带教中PBL教学法的应用效果理想,利于提高带教效果与满意度,同时护士学习主动性、学习情绪也明显提高,可将其广泛推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of PBL teaching method(problem-based teaching method)in teaching young nurses.Methods Ten young nurses in the hospital from January 2013 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=5)was taught by traditional teaching methods,and the observation group(n=5)using PBL teaching method to teach,compare the examination results and teaching satisfaction scores of the two groups of nurses.Results The theoretical knowledge and operational skills assessment scores of the observation group were(85.52±1.25)points and(88.68±2.98)points,respectively,which were higher than the control group's(62.15±2.25)points and(58.88±2.88)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction scores of young nurses in the observation group on the teaching teachers and young nurses were respectively(4.12±0.28)points and(4.58±0.22)points,which were higher than those of the control group(2.25±0.25)points and(2.18±0.18)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of PBL teaching method in teaching young nurses is ideal,which is beneficial to improve the teaching effect and satisfaction.At the same time,nurses'learning initiative and learning mood are also significantly improved,which can be widely promoted.
