摘要
目的探讨PBL临床实习教学对护理本科生综合能力培养的影响。方法将90名护理本科实习生随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组36名护生,采用传统的带教模式;实验组54名护生,采用PBL教学,应用自行设计的问卷词查表进行评价。结果实验组90.74%以上护生认为能提高自主学习、对知识的应用、解决问题等能力,96.30%护生喜欢PBL临床教学;实验组在14项能力评价方面明显高于对照组。结论PBL临床教学能有效提高护理本科生的综合能力。
Objective To explore, the impact on cultivation abilities of undergraduate nurses by PBL clinical practical education. Methods 90 nurses were divided into test group and control group by random. In control group, 36 nurses, were educated by traditional model During the same period, in test group, 54 nurses, were educated by PBL model. Results Above 90. 74% nurses in test group considered that PBL education model can improve their 'abilities of studying, application and resolving problems. And about 96. 30% nurses were interested in PBL model. The differences between two groups of 14 series abilities were significant (P 〈 0.01 ) . Condusion PBL clinical education can improve undergraduate nurses'abilities effectively.
