摘要
为研究盾构隧道斜向下穿施工对铁路产生的影响,文章采用Midas/GTS数值分析方法对郑州地铁某盾构区间下穿陇海铁路施工进行有限元模拟;将计算得到的竖向和横向变形结果与实际监测结果进行对比,以验证模拟的合理性;针对5种不同形式的交叉工况(夹角18°,36°,54°,72°,90°),探讨和分析了盾构下穿施工对既有铁路的影响。结果表明:数值模拟的结果与实际变化趋势基本一致,变形的差异保持在10%以内,且都在控制要求内;交叉角度不同对路轨的变形有着很大影响,路轨的变形量和影响范围随交叉角度的减小而增大,尤其在角度小于54°时的变化更为明显;在实际的小夹角下穿施工时应给予一定的重视。
In order to study the influence of the shield tunnel construction in oblique intersection angles on the existing railway,a finite element simulation is performed using the Midas/GTS numerical analysis method based on the construction of a Zhengzhou metro shield-driven running tunnel passing under the existing Longhai railway.And then the obtained simulated vertical and horizontal deformation results are compared with actual monitoring results,verifying the rationality of the simulation.Under different intersection conditions(including 18°,36°,54°,72°,and 90°),the influence of undercrossing construction on the railway is discussed and analyzed.The results show that the numerical simulation results are basically consistent with the actual monitoring results with the deformation difference being within 10%,meeting the control requirements.Different crossing angles have a great influence on the deformation of the rails.The amount of deformation and the range of influence of the rails increase with the decrease of the crossing angle,especially in condition of the intersection angle less than 54°.Therefore,some attentions should be paid to the actual shield metro tunnelling with small intersection angles.
