摘要
郑州地铁8号线五龙口站—同乐站区间隧道下穿既有大型铁路编组站,编组站内存在多条轨道、道床、接触网立柱、卸货仓库等建(构)筑物,轨道变形过大会直接影响铁路的运营,甚至可能导致火车偏出轨道等重大安全事故。鉴于此,在盾构掘进过程中,对大型编组站内线路进行加固,同时控制盾构施工过程中的土仓压力、掘进速度、刀盘转速等掘进参数以减小土体扰动,最后结合渣土改良、出土量控制、同步注浆、二次注浆及克泥效工法及时控制隧道周边地层变形,保证施工安全的同时大大降低了施工风险。
The tunnel between Wulongkou Station and Tongle Station of Zhengzhou Metro Line 8 passes through the existing large-scale railway marshalling station.There are many tracks,ballast beds,catenary columns,unloading warehouses and other buildings(structures)in the marshalling station.The excessive deformation of the track will directly affect the operation of the railway,and may even lead to major safety accidents such as the train deviating from the track.In view of this,in the process of shield tunneling,the lines in the large marshalling station are reinforced,and the tunneling parameters such as soil chamber pressure,tunneling speed and cutterhead speed during shield construction are controlled to reduce soil disturbance.Finally,combined with muck improvement,unearthed quantity control,synchronous grouting,secondary grouting and clay removal efficiency,the deformation of the surrounding strata of the tunnel is controlled in time to ensure the construction safety and greatly reduce the construction risk.
