二氧化氯溶液对猪瘟病毒的杀灭效果试验 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究二氧化氯溶液对Thiveral株猪瘟病毒的杀灭效果,以期为二氧化氯对猪瘟病毒的消毒标准建立参考与理论依据。采用免疫荧光法和悬液定量杀灭试验,测定二氧化氯溶液在不同浓度下分别作用3 min和5 min,对Thiveral株猪瘟病毒的灭活率,并与市面上使用的二氧化氯粉剂的效果进行比较。结果显示,浓度为25 mg/L的二氧化氯溶液对Thiveral株猪瘟病毒作用3 min,灭活率达100%,同浓度的二氧化氯粉剂溶解液,与Thiveral株猪瘟病毒作用3 min,灭活率也可达100%。表明二氧化氯溶液对Thiveral株猪瘟病毒具有很好的灭杀效果,且与二氧化氯粉剂的消毒效果相近。本试验对二氧化氯类消毒剂应用于猪场消毒具有指导意义。 In order to study the killing effect of a chlorine dioxide solution on swine fever virus(CSFV)of thiveral strain,and to establish reference and theoretical basis for the disinfection standard of CSFV by chlorine dioxide,immunofluorescence method and suspension quantitative killing test were used.The inactivation rate of CSFV thiveral strain by chlorine dioxide solution at different concentrations for 3 min and 5 min was studied,and the effect was compared with that of chlorine dioxide powder used in the market.The results showed that the concentration of 25 mg/L chlorine dioxide solution on CSFV Thiveral strain was 3 minutes,and the inactivation rate was 100%.With the same concentration of chlorine dioxide powder solution,the inactivation rate could reach 100%when treated with CSFV Thiveral strain for 3 min.It shows that the chlorine dioxide solution has a good killing effect on CSFV of Thiveral strain,and it is similar to the disinfection effect of chlorine dioxide powder.This study has a guiding significance for the application of chlorine dioxide disinfectants in pig farm disinfection.
