三种消毒剂不同浓度与作用时间对小球藻生长活性的影响

摘要 为探明水产养殖中三种常用消毒剂聚维酮碘、戊二醛和二氧化氯对小球藻生长活性的影响,试验设定0、0.25、0.50、1.50、3.00 mg/L和6.00 mg/L共6个浓度处理组,测定添加消毒剂后小球藻液主要活性指标叶绿素a、生物量、产氧量和pH的变化。结果表明:三种消毒剂随作用时间的增加。小球藻叶绿素a、生物量、产氧量和pH均呈现先降低后回升的趋势,但不同消毒剂回升时间拐点不同,二氧化氯对小球藻活性的指标影响在1 d时表现最强,但作用延续时间短,表明其对小球藻具有较强的快速抑杀作用;聚维酮碘作用时间最长,但对小球藻抑杀作用较温和。三种消毒剂随添加浓度增加对小球藻活性指标的抑制作用均有增强的趋势。因此,在不高于生产中有效消毒浓度0.25 mg/L时,可采用多次泼洒消毒剂或可减轻对水体有益藻类的破坏,有利于养殖水体的藻相稳定。该研究结果可为消毒剂在水产养殖中的安全施用提供参考,对维持养殖水体有益微藻种群的稳定具有重要借鉴价值。 In order to investigate the effects of povidone iodine,glutaraldehyde and chlorine dioxide,three commonly used disinfectants in aquaculture,on the growth activity of chlorella,six treatment con⁃centrations were set as 0,0.25,0.5,1.5,3.0 mg/L and 6.0 mg/L respectively,and the changes of chloro⁃phyll a,biomass,oxygen production and pH of chlorella solution after adding disinfectant were measured.The results showed that compared with the control group,chlorophyllium a,biomass,oxygen production and pH of chloredon showed a trend of first decreasing and then rising with the increase of the three dis⁃infectants,but the inflection point of the recovery time of different disinfectants was different.The effect of chlorine dioxide on chlorella activity was the strongest at the 1st day,but the duration of the ef⁃fect was short,indicating that it had a strong and rapid inhibitory effect on chlorella.Povidone io⁃dine had the longest effect on chlorella,but the in⁃hibitory effect on chlorella was mild.The inhibi⁃tory effect of the three disinfectants on Chlorella activity indexes increased with the increase of the added concentration.Therefore,when the effective disinfection concentration is not higher than 0.25 mg/L in production,it can be used to sprinkle disinfectants several times or reduce the destruction of beneficial algae to the water body,which is conducive to the stability of the algae phase of the aquacul⁃ture water body.The results of this study can provide reference for the safe application of disinfectants in aquaculture,and have important reference value for maintaining the stability of beneficial microalgae spe⁃cies in aquaculture water.
