摘要
人工智能时代,数字素养将成为高职财会大学生未来的必备素养。以常州科教城四所高职院校——常州纺织职业技术学院、常州工程职业技术学院、常州机电职业技术学院、常州轻工职业技术学院的财务管理与会计学专业为例,通过学生问卷调查和教师访谈等方式,对高职财会大学生数字素养现状及培育现状进行调查发现:高职财会大学生的数字素养现状并不乐观,特别是在数字收集、整理、分析和挖掘等方面的技术比较薄弱;学校对学生数字素养教育重视不够,培养方案的设置和专业师资团队的构建与人工智能时代的要求也不同步。因此,高职院校需要在观念上、师资队伍建设上和教学方式上采取措施,提升高职财会大学生数字素养。
In the era of artificial intelligence, digital literacy will become the necessary literacy of college Students majoring in accounting. Taking financial management and accounting major in four higher vocational colleges in Changzhou Science and Education City--Changzhou Textile Vocational and Technical College, Changzhou Engineering Vocational and Technical College, Changzhou Mechanical and Electrical Vocational and Technical College, and Changzhou Light Industry Vocational and Technical College as example, using the methods of student questionnaire survey and teacher interview, this paper investigated the current situation and cultivation status of digital literacy of Students majoring in accounting. The current situation of digital literacy of college students is not optimistic, especially the technology of digital collection, sorting, analysis and mining is relatively weak;the colleges does not pay enough attention to the digital literacy education of students, and the setting of training programs and the construction of professional teachers’ team are not synchronized with the requirements of the era of artificial intelligence. Therefore, higher vocational colleges need to take measures in concept, teaching staff construction and teaching methods to improve the digital literacy education of students major in financial and accounting in higher vocational colleges.
