摘要目的探讨难治性多囊卵巢综合征性不孕行腹腔镜下卵巢打孔术联合来曲唑治疗的效果。方法选取2013年4月至2016年7月本院收治的160例难治性多囊卵巢综合征性不孕患者,随机分为对照组(腹腔镜下卵巢打孔术)与研究组(腹腔镜下卵巢打孔术+来曲唑),各80例。观察两组排卵率、治疗前后血清激素监测水平、妊娠率。结果治疗后,两组血清激素监测水平比较差异无统计学意义,两组排卵率、妊娠率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下卵巢打孔术可改善难治性多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕症患者激素水平,提高排卵率和妊娠率,术后联合来曲唑具有显著的诊疗成效,具有临床推广意义。
