摘要
目的探讨补肾活血中药治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)导致排卵障碍性不孕患者的临床疗效。方法本文选择我院2013年8月～2016年8月收治的78例患者随机分为观察组(n=39)和对照组(n=39)。对照组采用枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊治疗,观察组采用补肾活血中药治疗。观察比较两组临床疗效、血清性激素水平(LH、FSH、INS、T、E2、PRL)、妊娠及排卵情况。结果观察组总有效率为97.44%,明显高于对照组87.18%(Z=-3.551,P=0.000);妊娠率69.23%,显著高于对照组的33.33%(χ~2=10.058,P=0.002);观察组排卵率64.10%,对照组排卵率74.36%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.963,P=0.326)。治疗后,观察组LH、INS、T及PRL水平均显著下降(P<0.05),FSH、E2水平升高(P<0.05);对照组FSH水平升高(P<0.05),PRL水平下降(P<0.05);且观察组LH、FSH、INS、T及PRL水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾活血中药治疗PCOS导致排卵障碍性不孕临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者性激素水平,提高妊娠率,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue recipe in the treatment of patients with ovulation disorder infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). Methods 78 patients admitted in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2016 were randomly divided into observation group(n=39) and control group(n=39). The control group was treated with clomiphene citrate capsules, and the observation group was treated with Bushen Huoxue recipe. The clinical efficacy, serum sex hormone levels(LH, FSH, INS, T, E2, PRL), pregnancy and ovulation were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.44%, which was significantly higher than that(87.18%) of the control group(Z=-3.551, P=0.000). The pregnancy rate of the observation group was 69.23%, which was significantly higher than that(33.33%) of the control group(χ^2=10.058, P=0.002). The ovulation rate of the observation group was 64.10%, and the ovulation rate of the control group was 74.36%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (χ^2=0.963, P=0.326). After treatment, the LH, INS, T and PRL levels in the observation group decreased significantly(P<0.05), and FSH and E2 levels increased(P<0.05). The FSH level in the control group increased(P<0.05), and the PRL level in the control group decreased(P<0.05). And the levels of LH, FSH, INS, T and PRL in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Bushen Huoxue recipe is effective in treating ovulatory infertility caused by PCOS. It can effectively improve the sex hormone level and improve the pregnancy rate. It is worthy of popularization and application.
