摘要
目的探讨艾灸关元穴联合穴位按摩在宫缩乏力性产后出血临床护理中的应用。方法将80例宫缩乏力性产后出血患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者采取常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上联合艾灸关元穴加穴位按摩进行治疗,分析2组患者出血情况、临床疗效和患者满意程度。结果观察组患者经过治疗后,术后2 h及术后24 h出血量明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者经过治疗后总有效率为92.5%,明显高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论艾灸关元穴加穴位按摩有助于治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血,患者满意度较高。
Objective To explore the application of moxibustion at Guanyuan acupoint combined with acupoint massage in nursing of patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia.Methods A total of 80 patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy,while the patients in the observation group were treated with moxibustion at Guanyuan point and acupoint massage on the basis of the control group. The bleeding situation,clinical efficiency and patient’ s satisfaction degree of the two groups were analyzed. Results After treatment,the amounts of bleeding at 2 and 24 h after operation in the observationgroup were significantly less than those in the control group (P < 0. 05). The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 92. 5%,which was significantly higher than 80. 0% of the control group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Moxibustion at Guanyuan point combined with acupoint massage can help to treat postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia,and the patient’s satisfaction degree is high.
