摘要
针对柔性材料平面切割机成本高,在我国的中小服装企业中仍旧没有得到普及的问题,通过对国外柔性材料平面切割机的工作原理及其相关机构进行研究,对切割机构、转角机构、升降机构以及吸附系统进行改进设计,设计了新一代的柔性材料平面切割机。对样机测试与试验,结果表明:该切割机有效解决了传统切割低效高耗的缺点,各项指标均已到达预期的效果。
Due to the problem of high cost of flexible material plane cutting machine, it has not been popularized in small and medium-sized clothing enterprises in China. By studying the working principle of foreign flexible material plane cutting machine and related mechanisms, the cutting mechanism, corner mechanism, lifting, the mechanism and the adsorption system were improved, and a new generation of flexible material plane cutting machine was designed. Testing results of the prototype show that the cutting machine effectively solves the disadvantages of low efficiency and high consumption of traditional cutting, and all indicators reach the expected results.
