摘要
论述了构件质心加速度或角加速度产生的惯性力对平面机构的影响及其主要平衡方法。根据惯性力平衡的原理,利用回转质量能够部分平衡曲柄滑块机构惯性力;并以曲柄滑块机构为例,以剩余惯性力的最大值为最小作为优化目标进行最佳平衡质量的选取。给出了求取最佳平衡量的简单计算框图。
This paper stated the effect of inertia force caused by the acceleration of mechanical weigh and angular acceleration of link on plane mechanism and its fundamental balancing methods. According to the principle of balance of inertia force, the inertia force of slider-crank mechanism can make partly balanced by rotational mass. To construct a slider-crank mechanical model as the example,the object is selected to make the maximum of residual inertia force be the minimum by using optimization method and the best balance mass is reached. At last, the simple numerical algorithm block diagram is also given.
