摘要
"双一流"建设旨在培育高质量人才,而职业生涯规划教育是人才培育的重要工作,因此"双一流"建设对职业生涯规划教育提出了更高要求.笔者以金融专业硕士学位研究生为研究对象,通过梳理"一流学科"建设背景 下XX学院金融专业硕士学位研究生职业规划教育面临的问题,明确职业生涯规划教育价值定位,希望通过完善"互联网+职业生涯规划"机制、构建全方位、全过程职业规划教育体系和全面提升职业竞争力的路径,造就一流职业生涯规划教育.
"Double first-class"construction aims to cultivate high-quality talents,and career planning education is an important work of talent cultivation,so"double first-class"construction puts forward higher requirements for career planning education.The author takes the financial master's degree graduates as the research object,through combing the problems faced by the career planning education of XX College under the background of the construction of"first-class discipline",clarifies the value orientation of career planning education,and hopes to improve the"Internet+career planning"mechanism,build an allround,whole process career planning education system.In order to improve the path of professional competitiveness,we should create the first-class career planning education.
