摘要
目的探讨阿立哌唑联合舍曲林治疗精神分裂症合并抑郁患者的临床疗效及安全性.方法将118例精神分裂症合并抑郁患者按随机数字表法分为两组,每组59例,均给予口服阿立哌唑治疗,观察组在此基础上联合口服舍曲林治疗,观察4周.治疗前后采用阳性与阴性症状量表、简明精神病量表、阴性症状量表评定患者精神症状改善状况,采用汉密顿抑郁量表评定患者抑郁症状的变化,随时记录治疗过程中出现的各种不良反应.结果治疗后两组各量表评分均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),观察组各量表评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组总有效率(96.6%)显著高于对照组(86.4%)(P<0.05),不良反应发生率(23.7%)显著低于对照组(54.2%)(P<0.01).结论阿立哌唑联合舍曲林治疗精神分裂症合并抑郁患者具有协同增效作用,疗效显著,安全性高.
Objective To investigate the effect of aripiprazole combined with sertraline in the treatment of schizophrenia with depression.Methods 118 patients with schizophrenia and depression were divided into two groups according to random number table method.59 cases in each group.All were treated with oral aripiprazole,and the observation group was treated with oral sertraline for 4 weeks.Before and after treat-ment,PANSS.BPRS,and SANS were used to assess the improvement of patients'mental symptoms,and HAMD was used to assess the changes in patients'depressive symptoms.and various adverse reactions during the treatment were recorded at any time.Results After treatment.the scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01)。The total effective rate of the observation group(96.6%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(86.4%)(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions(23.7%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(54.2%)(P<0.01).Conclusions Aripiprazole combined with sertraline has a synergistic effect in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia and depression,with significant efficacy and high safety.
