翻转课堂联合案例教学法在内科学心血管系统教学中的应用 被引量:6

The Application of Flipped Classroom Combined With Case Teaching Method in the Teaching of Internal Science Cardiovascular System

摘要 目的分析翻转课堂联合案例教学法的混合教学模式在内科学心血管系统教学中的效果。方法选取2020年9月—2022年6月福建中医药大学针灸学院308名2018级和2019级针灸推拿学专业学生作为研究对象,2018级共计156名作为对照组,2019级共152名作为试验组,分别开展常规教学和翻转课堂联合案例教学法,比较分析两组不同教学方法的教学结果。结果试验组在高血压、冠心病、慢性心力衰竭单元测试以及综合测试的成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组在教学内容、教学方法、教学效果和学习主动性、学习兴趣、表达能力、自学能力、解决实际问题能力等方面的评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论翻转课堂联合案例教学法可显著提高学生的学习成绩、提升教师的教学能力、有利于培养医学生的岗位竞争力,有助于构建教学相长的良性互动系统,提升教学质量。 Objective To analyze the effectiveness of the blended teaching model of flipped classroom combined with case teaching method in the teaching of cardiovascular systems in internal medicine.Methods From September 2020 to June 2022,a total of 308 students majoring in acupuncture and moxibustion and massage in 2018 and 2019 from the school of acupuncture and moxibustion and of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects,a total of 156 students in 2018 were selected as the control group,and a total of 152 students in 2019 were selected as the experimental group.The conventional teaching mode and the flipped classroom combined with case teaching method were carried out respectively,and the teaching results of the two groups of different teaching methods were compared and analyzed.Results The experimental group achieved higher scores in unit tests and comprehensive tests for hypertension,coronary heart disease,and chronic heart failure compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The experimental group scored higher than the control group in terms of teaching content,teaching methods,teaching effectiveness,learning initiative,learning interest,expression ability,self-learning ability,and problem-solving ability,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The flipped classroom combined with case teaching method can significantly improve students'academic performance,enhance teachers'teaching ability,cultivate the competitiveness of medical students in their positions,and help build a benign interactive system of teaching and learning,improving teaching quality.
