摘要
以核电厂蒸汽介质关键系统的厚壁不等厚对接环焊缝作为研究对象,综合考虑和分析焊缝可能出现的役致缺陷、结构以及射线检测、超声波检测的难点,提出相控阵超声检测技术应用前盲测对比试块的缺陷埋藏方案,通过声场仿真和盲测试验结果,确定了应用相控阵超声检测技术解决此类焊缝无损检测难题的技术方案。
Taking the butt girth welds with unequal thickness of thick wall in the steam medium key system of the nuclear power plant as the research object,this paper comprehensively considers and analyzes the possible defects,structures and the difficulties in the radiographic and ultrasonic inspection of the welds,presents a scheme of defect burying for phased array ultrasonic testing using pre-blind testing and reference blocks,and determines the technical scheme of applying phased array ultrasonic testing technology to solve this kind of non-destructive testing problem.
