摘要
通过对某装置氧气球罐焊缝中埋藏缺陷的返修,借助相控阵检测技术对缺陷进行定量复查,为缺陷返修提供了详细的技术数据,保证了缺陷挖补工作的顺利完成。通过对挖补过程中缺陷的现场解剖,进一步验证了相控阵检测技术由于具有检测灵敏度高、检测结果直观、可实时显示、缺陷定量准确的技术特点,在球罐等大型压力容器检测等领域应用前景广阔。
