摘要
目的观察云药七龙天对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者疗效和免疫因子的影响。方法采用随机对照,选取72例慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者分别纳入治疗组和对照组,各36例。对照组采用常规西医治疗(氧疗、锻炼、吸入布地奈德福莫特罗(160ug/4.5ug)2吸,日2次),治疗组在对照组基础上加用“七龙天”颗粒口服,每次1袋,每日3次,饭后口服,连服2月观察2组临床疗效和免疫因子的变化,治疗组在对照组基础上,加用云药七天龙。对照组采用单用西医常规治疗。共观察2个月。结果治疗组能够使CD3、CD4、IgA明显增加(P<0.05),对CAT评分、症状主症积分和总积分均明显减少(P<0.05、P<0.001);治疗组对慢阻肺稳定期患者ALT、AST、Cr、PT、APTT、TT、FIB无明显影响(P>0.05)。结论七龙天能够增强慢阻肺稳定期患者的细胞和体液免疫功能、减轻慢阻肺稳定期患者的临床症状,药物具有安全性。
Objective:To observe the effect of Qilongtian Granules on the curative effect and immune factors of patients with COPD.Methods:A randomized control was used to select 72 patients with stable COPD into the treatment group and the control group,36 cases per group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine(oxygen therapy,exercise,inhalation of budesonide formoterol(160ug/4.5ug),2 breaths twice a day,and the treatment group was given orally with Qilongtian granules on the basis treatment of the control group,1 bag each time,3 times a day,orally after meals,successively for 2 months to observe the clinical effect and immune factor changes in the 2 groups.The treatment group was added with Qitianlong on the basis of the control group and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine alone.The observation was made for 2 months.Results:The treatment group could significantly increase CD3,CD4,IgA(P<0.05),and the CAT score,symptom scores and total scores were significantly reduced(P<0.05,P<0.001).The treatment group had no significant effect on ALT,AST,Cr,PT,APTT,TT,FIB of the patients with stable COPD(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qilongtian Granules can enhance the cellular and humoral immune function of the patients with stable COPD and reduce their clinical symptoms.The drug is safe.
