摘要
针对目前创新创业人才培养中存在教育理念滞后、教育环境不健全、教师双创意识欠缺、培养课程体系不完善等问题,探讨大学生创新创业素养与能力培养所需教学条件,从双创平台、培养体系、指导团队、管理模式等方面着手,以能力导向理论为主要理论基础,遵循教育科学规律,构建“能力导向,项目驱动,三级培训,成果评价”的创新创业能力培养体系;有效整合校内外有效资源,构建多元开放创新创业人才培养平台;产教融合,科教兼顾,培育一支高水平指导团队;创新“学院统筹,主题引导,学生自主,社团参与”的多体协同开放平台管理模式,激发学生开展创新创业活动的自主性和积极性,培养适应经济社会发展的具有创新创业精神与能力的高素质人才。
For the problems existing in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,such as lagging educational ideas,imperfect educational environment,lack of the innovative and entrepreneurial awareness for teachers,imperfect curriculum system,and so on,the teaching conditions needed to culture the qualities and abilities of innovative and entrepreneurial for college Students are Fully explored,starting from platform for innovative and entrepreneurial,training system,guidance team and management mode,and based on the theory of ability-oriented,a system of innovative and entrepreneurial ability training is built by following the laws of educational science,which is“ability-oriented,project-driven,three-level training,and evaluation of results”,the multi-dimensional and open platform for training innovative and entrepreneurialtalents is structured by integrating effectively the resources inside and outside the School,a high-level guidance team is cultivated by integrating production and education and considering both science and education,the multi-body collaborative open platform management mode of“college overall planning,theme guidance,student autonomy,community participation”is innovated,the initiative and initiative in carrying out innovative and entrepreneurship activities of students is stimulated,the high-quality talentswith the spirit and ability of innovative and entrepreneurial are cultivated adapt to economic and social development.
