摘要
本文依据JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,将同一水样检测10次,对引入测量结果中的不确定度分量进行评定,计算由结果的散发性引起的合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。从而对生活饮用水中大肠埃希菌稀释培养测数(MPN)法计数结果的不确定度进行估计,用于生活饮用水的安全性评估。
Based on JJF 1059.1—2012"Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement",this paper tests the same water sample 10 times at the same time,and introduces the uncertainty component in the measurement result for evaluation,and calculates the combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty caused by the divergence of the results.The evaluation method in this paper can estimate the uncertainty of the MPN method of escherichia coli in drinking water,and can be used for safety evaluation of drinking water.
