摘要
目的:对酸乳中乳酸菌数不确定度的来源进行分析。方法:采用合并样品标准差的方法来评定乳酸菌数的不确定度。结果:评定结果表明酸乳中乳酸菌数检验的不确定度是测量结果对数值±0.039。结论:该批样品乳酸菌数的置信区间范围为6.2×107≤X≤7.5×107 cfu/g。
Objective:The source of measurement uncertainty of lactic acid bacteria in yoghurt was analyzed. Methods: Pooled sample standard deviation was applied to determine the uncertainty of lactic acid bacteria. Re- stilts : The log value of uncertainty of lactic acid bacteria examination in yoghurt beverage was log value of measuring result ±0. 039. Conclusion: Confidence interval of the measurement result was: 6.2 × 10^7 -7.5 × 10^7 cfu/g.
