摘要
为了改善爆破效果,降低矿山开采成本,提高炸药企业生产安全性,使得现场混装乳化铵油炸药技术进一步得到创新应用。根据现场混装乳化铵油炸药技术构成及应用的具体要求,分析了远程配送现场混装乳化铵油炸药技术在应用过程中应注意的有关事项。研究了现场混装乳化铵油炸药在辽宁地区的应用,工程实践表明:采用远程配送的现场混装乳化铵油炸药技术,不仅解决了乳化基质“一点生产、远程配送、多点使用”的技术难题,而且安全、可靠,又降低成本,取得了显著的经济和社会效益。
In order to improve the blasting effect,reduce mining costs,and increase the production safety of explosive company,the on-site mixed heavy ANFO technology was further applied in innovation.Based on the technical composition and the specific requirements for the application of on-site mixed loading heavy ANFO,the related matters that should be paid attention to the application process of on-site mixed loading heavy ANFO on long-distance distribution are analyzed.The application of the on-site mixed loading heavy ANFO in Liaoning region is studied.The results show that the technology of the on-site mixed loading heavy ANFO by long-distance distribution,not only solves the problem of the technology for“one point production、long-distance distribution and multi-point use”,but also safe,reliable and low-cost,and has achieved remarkable economic and social benefits.
