摘要
随着中国煤炭供给侧改革的深入,煤炭淘汰落后产能工作持续推进,当前我国煤炭产能中部分矿井已到达其生命周期或不符合安全生产的要求或开采成本高亏损严重,直接关闭此类矿井有可能诱发后续的安全问题。退出性开采矿井不仅要回采现有的工作面,在规定时间内完成井筒封闭,还要做到回采、回收、封闭等多点同时作业。为防止退出性开采矿井瓦斯积聚与超限对煤矿安全生产的威胁,研究了系统极为复杂和多种灾害并重的新庄孜矿井去产能退出性开采的通风瓦斯管理措施,确保了矿井的安全平稳退出,可为类似矿井的退出性开采和关闭提供参考。
With the deepening reform of coal supply-side reform in China,the eliminating backward coal production capacity of coal will continues to push forward advance,at present,some mines have reached the end of their life cycle,do not meet the requirements for safe production,or suffer from a lack of financial viability forcing them to face closure or abandonment.If such a mine is closed,it will lead to subsequent safety problems.In the withdrawal mining mine,not only the existing working face should be mined,the shaft should be closed within the specified time,but also the mining,recovery,closure and other multiple points should be operated simultaneously.In order to prevent the threat of gas accumulation and over limit to the safety production of coal mine,the ventilation gas management measures for the withdrawal mining of the Xinzhuangzi mine,which is very complex in the system and pays equal attention to many kinds of disasters,are studied to ensure the safe and stable withdrawal of the mine,which can provide reference for the withdrawal mining and closure of similar mines.
