摘要
目的探讨医-家互联式综合护理模式在癫痫患儿中的应用效果。方法80例癫痫患儿,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组开展常规护理,观察组开展医-家互联式综合护理。比较两组治疗依从性、并发症发生率、生活质量。结果观察治疗依从率97.5%高于对照组的77.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率12.5%低于对照组的32.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组躯体功能、物质生活状态、社会功能、心理功能评分分别为(87.21±6.14)、(84.56±8.25)、(87.50±8.26)、(81.91±7.16)分高于对照组的(75.16±7.10)、(73.42±8.08)、(74.24±7.21)、(70.24±6.42)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对癫痫患儿开展医-家互联式综合护理,可提高患儿治疗依从性,降低并发症发生率,改善患儿生活质量。
Objective To discuss the effect of hospital-home nursing model on the rehabilitation of children with epilepsy.Methods A total of 80 children with epilepsy were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group received hospital-home nursing model.The treatment compliance,occurrence of complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment compliance rate 97.5%of the observation group was lower than 32.5%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications 12.5%of the observation group was lower than 32.5%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the physical function,material life state,social function,psychological function score of the observation group were(87.21±6.14),(84.56±8.25),(87.50±8.26)and(81.91±7.16)points,which were higher than(75.16±7.10),(73.42±8.08),(74.24±7.21)and(70.24±6.42)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hospital-home nursing model can improve the treatment compliance of children with epilepsy,lower incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of children.
