摘要
目的探讨在癫痫患者的护理中运用综合性护理对提高其认知程度与生活质量的影响,为不断提高癫痫患者的护理水平提供参考。方法对焦作市第二人民医院于2015年6月—2018年6月期间接收的126例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,将患者资料按照实施的护理模式的不同分为对照组(60例)与观察组(66例),对照组采用常规的护理方法,观察组在此基础上运用综合性护理干预,对两种护理模式效果进行对比观察。结果与干预前相比,两组患者LOTCA认知功能量表得分及SF-36生活质量量表得分均显著升高,前后量表得分差异经统计学软件检测有意义(P<0.05);干预后与同时期的对照组相比,观察组LOTCA及SF-36量表得分均明显较高(P<0.05)。结论对癫痫患者实施综合性护理干预可有效提高其认知程度,促进生活质量的改善,对于加快患者康复转归具有重要意义,应大力推广。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on the improvement of cognition and quality of life of epileptic patients in order to provide reference for improving the nursing level of epileptic patients. Methods The clinical data of 126 patients in the hospital from June,2015 to June,2018 were retrospectively analyzed. Patients were divided into control group(60 cases)and observation group(66 cases)according to different nursing models. The control group received routine nursing methods,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of this. The effects of two nursing models were compared and observed. Results Compared with before intervention,the scores of LOTCA cognitive function scale and SF-36 quality of life scale in both groups were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference between before and after intervention was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of LOTCA and SF-36 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for epileptic patients can effectively improve their cognitive level and improve their quality of life. It is of great significance to accelerate the recovery of epilepsy patients and should be popularized.
