摘要
目的研究胃溃疡与十二指肠溃疡患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平及其临床意义。方法于2017年10月-2019年9月随机选取我院胃溃疡患者30例作为观察A组,十二指肠溃疡患者30例作为观察B组,同期30例健康体检人员为对照组,比较3组hs-CRP水平。结果观察A组和观察B组血清hs-CRP水平分别为(29.05±9.84)mg/L、(32.75±10.87)mg/L,显著高于对照组的(5.10±0.47)mg/L,且观察B组高于观察A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胃溃疡与十二指肠溃疡与血清hs-CRP水平呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论幽门螺杆菌感染胃肠疾病与血清hs-CRP存在显著相关性,十二指肠溃疡患者血清hs-CRP高于胃溃疡患者。
Objective To compare the level of serum C-reactive protein in patients with gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer.Methods From October 2017 to September 2019,30 patients with gastric ulcer in our hospital were randomly selected as observation group A and 30 patients with duodenal ulcer as observation group B.at the same time,30 healthy people were selected as control group. Blood samples were taken from all subjects to check the level of serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs CRP),and the levels of hs CRP in the three groups were compared. Results The serum hs CRP levels of observation group A and observation group B were 29.05 ± 9.84 mg/L and 32.75 ± 10.87 mg/L,respectively,which were significantly higher than that of control group(5.10 ±0.47 mg/L),while that of observation group B was significantly higher than that of observation group a(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer and serum hs CRP level(P<0.01).Conclusion There is a significant correlation between Hp infection and serum hs CRP. The serum hs CRP of patients with duodenal ulcer is higher than that of patients with gastric ulcer.
