摘要
目的分析黄芪在大鼠高眼压状况下对视网膜神经节细胞的保护作用。方法选择84只SD大鼠作为本次研究对象,将其均匀分为点药组与联合组,点药组大鼠在研究期间接受降眼压药治疗,而联合组大鼠则需要在降眼压药治疗基础上联合黄芪药物治疗,对比两组大鼠在接受不同治疗方案后的相关指标情况。结果联合组大鼠各项指标情况明显好于点药组大鼠,两组大鼠各项指标数据在接受组间比较之后存在明显的差异(P<0.05)。结论在高眼压大鼠的研究中,黄芪对大鼠视网膜神经节细胞有很好的保护作用,有一定的应用价值。
Objective To analyze the protection function of astragalus when apply it on rats on retinal ganglion cells under intraocular hypertension.Methods 84 SD rats were chosen as the research objects and divided into regular group and intake group.Regular group were treated with usual antihypertensive drug during the study,meanwhile the intake group received not only the usual antihypertensive drug but also astragalus drugs.After certain time,test result of the relevant index were compared.Results the intake group’s index were significantly better than the regular group,and the difference of all the index between these two groups are sinifcant(P<0.05).Conclusion In ras with of intraocular hypertension,astragalus functions well on protection of retinal ganglion cells.Astragalus has the value for the medication application。
