摘要
目的探讨分析临床护理路径在住院患者跌倒/坠床护理质量管理中的应用。方法选择2018年2月—2019年2月112例在该院住院的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组56例,给予对照组常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予临床护理路径。通过自制跌倒/坠床风险评估表分析患者跌倒/坠床风险因素,评估患者跌倒/坠床风险程度,比较跌倒/坠床率及护理满意率。结果观察组跌倒/坠床率1.78%低于对照组10.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组护理满意率98.21%高于对照组89.28%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径能显著降低住院患者跌倒/坠床几率,提高护理质量,建立良好的护患关系。
Objective To discuss the application of clinical nursing path in nursing quality management of inpatients falling down/falling from bed.Methods A total of 112 patients who were hospitalized in the hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,each with 56 cases.The control group was given routine care.Observation group was given clinical nursing path on the basis of control group.Analyze the risk factors of patients falling down/falling through the self-made fall/falling bed risk assessment table,assess the risk of patients falling/falling from bed,and compare the fall/falling rate and nursing satisfaction rate.Results The fall/fall rate of 1.78%in the observation group was lower than 10.71%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.21%higher than that in the control group 89.28%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing path can significantly reduce the probability of inpatients falling down/falling from bed,improve the quality of care,and establish a good nurse-patient relationship.
