摘要
非正式制度是影响慈善组织发展的重要变量。对云南、贵州和上海三省市的实证研究结果表明:慈善组织的社会认同度较高,而不同慈善组织之间的资源获取能力和参与公共服务的积极性差异显著;非正式制度对慈善组织的社会认同度、资源获取能力和参与公共服务的积极性均有显著的影响。要完善慈善组织发展的非正式制度,就必须着力构建慈善组织与政府、企业之间的平等合作关系,促进慈善组织参与社会治理,提升公众对慈善组织的认同度,优化慈善组织发展的人文环境。
Informal system is an important variable affecting the development of charitable organizations.The results of empirical research on three provinces and cities in Yunnan,Guizhou and Shanghai showed that the degree of social identity of charitable organizations is high,while the ability of obtaining resources and the enthusiasm of participating in public services between different charitable organizations are significantly different,and the informal system has a significant impact on the degree of social identity,the ability of obtaining resources and the enthusiasm of participating in public services.In order to perfect the informal system of the development of charitable organizations,we should build the equal cooperative relationship between charitable organizations and the government and enterprises,promote the participation of charitable organizations in social governance,and enhance the public's recognition of charitable organizations to optimize the humanistic environment for the development of charitable organizations.
