摘要
近年来金融教育热持续发酵,金融专业硕士招录人数与日俱增,然而金融市场上的金融专业人才却仍存在较大的缺口。文章从高校金融专业硕士培养角度,分析了目前国内该专业硕士培养存在的问题,提出了“校企行”联合培养模式,具体内容包括金融专业硕士培养课程设置创新,“校企行”合作建立校内仿真实验教学平台,“校企行”联合建设金融专业硕士实习实践基地,以及“二阶段”和“双导师”联合培养。
In recent years,the financial education has developed rapidly and the number of enrolment for master of finance keeps increasing.However,there is a large gap in financial professionals in the financial market.This paper analyzes the current problems in the training of professional masters of finance in Chinese universities,and proposes a university-enterprise-industry association joint training model.The model includes the innovation in the curriculum setting for professional masters of finance,the establishment of on-campus simulation experiment teaching platform and practice base based on university-enterprise-industry association cooperation,and the two-stage and dual-tutor joint training.
