摘要
为进一步研究运动时长对大学生心理健康的影响,本文从运动动机中介作用的角度来进行分析.主要通过问卷调查、查阅文献资料和数理统计的方法,从体育运动动机、心理健康程度以及体育运动时长三方面对261名在校大学生进行问卷调查,采用结构方程模型AMOS22.0验证体育运动时长对大学生心理健康的影响.研究结果表明:不同运动动机下大学生体育运动时间不同;大学生体育运动影响心理健康结构方程模型检验拟合优度良好;运动动机在大学生参与体育运动中起到部分中介作用.本研究从多角度揭示了大学生体育运动时长、运动动机与心理健康的内在联系.
This paper analyzes how exercise duration influences the mental health of college students by expounding it with the help of Mediating Effect Theory.A total of 261 college students complete the questionnaire over their motivation for exercise,psychological health and excise duration,the results of which are calculated by AMOS22.0(the structural equation model).Adopting the questionnaire survey,literature review and mathematical statistics,this paper concludes that the structural model plays an important role in verifying the influence of exercises on college students′mental health.The exercise duration of college students varies as they own different kinds of motivation.College students′motivation could mediate their exercise to some extent.As a result,the internal relationship between the exercise duration,exercise motivation and mental health of college students is suggested in this paper from various perspectives,which could perform as exercise guidance for them.
