摘要
云南是矿业大省,但云南矿山企业的开采回采率、选矿回收率、资源综合利用率,这“三率”水平整体不高,且参差不齐,仅有少部分矿山企业的“三率”指标能达到全国先进水平。虽然,近几年政府相关部门通过综合利用示范基地建设和发展绿色矿山等措施,使云南省矿产资源开发综合利用水平有所提高,但提高空间仍很大,仍需要认真研究加以解决。
Yunnan is a big province;however,the stoping of mine,recovery of ore dressing and comprehensive utilization of resourtces aren't good enough,and uneven,these 3 indices only in a few mines can meet the advanced standard.Although the relative departments of government have improved the development and comprehensive utilization level of mineral resources by the construction of typical basis and development of green mine,the further development space is still very wide,the problem must to be studied and overcomed.
