摘要
非小细胞肺癌(Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer,NSCLC)是肺癌的主要类型之一,发病率呈逐年上升趋势,大部分患者确诊时已经无法行手术治疗。放射治疗是NSCLC患者的主要治疗方式之一,如何提高放射治疗的精准性是临床医生一直研究的问题。本文基于相关文献对18F-氟代脱氧葡萄糖正电子发射断层/X射线计算机体层摄影成像系统应用于NSCLC放射治疗的各个环节,可明显提高NSCLC诊断准确率、靶区勾画的精准性进行综述,为患者的临床疗效和预后提供参考。
Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)is one of the main types of lung cancer.The incidence rate is increasing,most patients cannot be treated by surgery when they were diagnosed.Radiotherapy is one of the main treatment methods for NSCLC patients.How to improve the accuracy of radiotherapy had been a problem that clinicians have been studying.In this paper,based on relevant literature,18F-fluoro deoxy glucose positron emission tomography is applied to all aspects of NSCLC radiotherapy,which can significantly improve the accuracy of NSCLC diagnosis and the accuracy of target area delineation a comprehensive review to provide a reference for the clinical efficacy and prognosis of patients.
