摘要
校企合作理念的提出为大学生创新创业教育的开展提供了有力的支撑。本质上,大学生创新创业就是从校园思维向行业思维的转型,通过校企合作的实施,发挥企业对大学生创新创业思维与能力的培养作用,弥补大学生群体在创新创业开展过程中的短板。论文基于校企合作理念,结合大学生创新创业开展过程中存在的问题,从企业角度提出相应策略。
The proposal of the concept of school-enterprise cooperation provides strong support for the development of university students'innovation and entrepreneurship education.In essence,university students'innovation and entrepreneurship is the transformation from campus thinking to industry thinking.Through the implementation of school-enterprise cooperation,enterprises can play a role in training university students'innovative and entrepreneurial thinking and ability,and make up for the shortcomings of university student groups in the development process of innovation and entrepreneurship.Based on the concept of school-enterprise cooperation,combined with the problems existing in the development process of university students'innovation and entrepreneurship,this paper puts forward corresponding strategies from the perspective of enterprises.
